Your Team Leader Clarity Check

Before looking at another tool, take a few minutes to look at the experience your people are having.

Five questions worth asking

**1. When someone joins your team, do they know exactly what to do first?**
If the answer depends on you being available, the first step may not be clear enough.

**2. Can a new person find the tools, training, links, and next steps in one place?**
If they have to search through messages and folders, friction is building before momentum starts.

**3. Does every team member have something professional and simple to share?**
If everyone has to create their own pages and explanations, consistency becomes difficult.

**4. Is follow-up supported by a process, or does it rely on your memory?**
A repeatable follow-up path helps people stay connected without turning relationships into pressure.

**5. Can your people learn and move forward without waiting for you to answer every question?**
Good support should empower people, not make them dependent on one leader.

What did those questions reveal?

If you noticed gaps, that doesn’t mean you’re a bad leader or your people lack motivation. It may simply mean the system around them hasn’t made the next step obvious.

Natural networking is about people, not pressure. TrustFlow is about creating a consistent journey that helps people feel seen, supported, and clear about their choices. The right tools should reinforce that experience.
